I thought I am done with mango pudding, but it said we can go on, by putting it into a fruit tart, like custard, as yogurt like cream. But it is difficult to shape a tart by hands, it needs a mold, even I use a flower mold to make a tart it is still falling. When I saw it lying down in the oven, I told my self," no, if I make it I have to make it stands still." I made a box out of tracing paper, and decide to see how the dough is and decide how the remaining goes. It looks like a scone, and eggs remained. I brush the remaining dough with eggs, many many times but I realized a scone is a scone because it is loose. Then I cut the dough into many many small pieces and put them together. I saw Jamie add something into the scone make it very healthy so I added some orange peel. With some eggs on top of them, I baked.

Yesterday night I thought I would have made strawberry shortcake, with some cream and have tea time, but finally, I did make some scone. The remaining eggs, I thought I should make a yogurt cake. Sleeping in the tracing paper mold, the cake slumped between the baking shelf and got some shapes. I think it's cute.

She told me, don't treat them like a baby every time making it. The yogurt cake is added with too much lemon peel and once mixed with the lemon. Smelling cake is like smelling babies.




當我以為同芒果布丁完左,佢話我地可以繼續,放入水果撻到,好似吉士咁,好似乳酪好似忌廉咁。但原來把手係好難黏個撻出黎,要模,甚至我用個花花黎圍個模渠都是落番出黎,見到佢訓左系個焗爐到,我同自己的講:唔得,既然都整就要企起身。我用牛油紙折左啲盒,決定睇下呢兩舊搓左好耐的粉糰整成點先將剩低的小粉糰拎去焗。渠望落好似鬆餅,於是剩低的我不停加蛋加粉去擦,,擦完先發現鬆餅要咁松好似係因為冇揉實,於是我搣散曬啲粉糰又搓番埋一齊,見到佔米落左啲野我就加啲橙皮,搽啲蛋漿一齊焗。琴晚我以為今日會整個士多啤梨鬆餅,有啲忌廉咁做下午茶,最後整左果撻但都有鬆餅食。剩低的蛋黃,我覺得要一氣呵成咁做個乳酪蛋糕,牛油紙做模具卡左系啲紋到,我覺得好得意。

渠同我講,唔好次次整完啲野出黎當bb咁,個乳酪蛋糕落左太多檸檬皮,又唔小心成塊檸檬落左落去,聞蛋糕好似聞bb咁。
